At Laura Mercier, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of products purchased on our website within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

  Ship Your Package

  Drop off your return package at any authorized UPS location or schedule a pickup; ensure all original components and promotional items are included.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
